For larger custom orders, we require a signed invoice prior to production. This ensures that all project details, pricing, timelines, and expectations are clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties.
Once the invoice is reviewed and signed, your order will be placed into our production queue. This policy helps us maintain quality, accuracy, and a smooth process for both our customers and our team.
